Lake Naini: The city derives its name from this lake. This lake is also a favorite hot spot for the people who love yatching or para sailing. All around the lakes are shops and hotels from where the tourists can buy memorabilia.

The Aerial Ropeways at Mallital: Situated at 2.270 meters above the sea level, this place provides a thrilling experience and an aerial view of Nainital. The ropeway takes around 3 minutes to cover the one-way distance.

Snow View Point: This place offers a panoramic view of the snow covered mountain peaks. It attracts tourists in great numbers. Hanuman Garhi: Known for its spectacular views of sunset, this temple is famous among the worshippers of lords Rama and Hanuman.
